30-day money-back guarantee

Engaged Education LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on engagED credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including for a change of mind. Using credits does not remove your right to request a refund during this period.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net to request a refund from Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can also email engagededucationsupport@gmail.com for help, including before payment processing is available.

Provide your purchase email address and order reference so your purchase can be located. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.

Processing and your rights

Paddle handles refund processing and returns funds through the payment method used for the purchase under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

This guarantee is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy restricts refund rights provided by applicable law or Paddle's policies.
